SHIPPING COSTS

Cost of delivery will be informed at the checkout (before payment).

    DUTIES, TAXES AND TARIFFS 

    All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Finland. Customer subjected to all import duties, taxes and tariffs on any products ordered, which are imposed in destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and customer should contact local customs office for further information.

    Please note, that no duty has to be paid, when shipping products to countries within the European Union (EU).

    DELIVERY TIME

    • We will ship goods same day, if order is placed before 12:00 (local time in Helsinki), unless MADBOY-AUDIO.COM informs you that we are temporarily out of stock. 
    • If goods are out of stock, we will inform the consumer immediately about delivering as soon as item is back in stock.
    • Estimated delivery times to Europe are between 2-7 working days. Outside of Europe 6-8 working days. You can see the more detailed estimation on the checkout page after choosing the delivery method.

    RETURNS

    The consumer has the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product(s), excluding the day of receipt. The returned product and its packaging must be in substantially the same condition as when received. If the product has been used and this causes a reduction in its value, we will charge a fee corresponding to the reduction in value.

    The right to return does not apply to:

    • Opened karaoke discs
    • Download discs
    • Microphone windshields (for hygiene reasons)
    • Opened microphones (for hygiene reasons)
    • Opened products that include microphones as an integral part, such as U-REMIX packages (for hygiene reasons)
    • Spare parts

    All returns must be accompanied by a written return form. The return form can be printed from the order tracking page. To log in to the order tracking page, use the buyer's email address and order number (found in both the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails). The consumer is also requested to make a return notification via email to info@karaokekeskus.com BEFORE returning the product.

    All returns are made via mail. We do not accept returns sent in any other way. Returns should be sent to KARAOKEKESKUS.COM, Aittatie 6, 96320 Rovaniemi, Finland. 

    When returning a product, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost as well as any applicable custom duties. This means that the returns must be sent using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method, where the buyer covers all costs, including any taxes and duties, before the return reaches us. Please note that we will not accept shipments with unpaid custom duties or other charges. 

    The shipping costs of the returned order will be charged according to the actual shipping costs. Therefore, they may be significantly higher than the postage costs charged at the time of order.

      GARANTI

      • Our warranty is a full year on all of our products. 
      • When problems appears, MADBOY-AUDIO.COM must be contacted immediately by email (info@madboy-audio.com) by the customer. 
      • All returns must be approved by MADBOY-AUDIO.COM.
      • MADBOY-AUDIO.COM will direct customer how and where to return the goods for repair at no cost.

      DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING

      • Although we pack our goods well, damages will sometimes occur during transportation. 
      • Please check all packages when picking them up. 
      • If package is damaged, and item / items are damaged, make damage report to delivery service right away .
      • Contact us (info@madboy-audio.com) with the damage report from your carrier and we will organize you a replacement or refer you to one of our service centers.

      RECLAMATION

      • If goods received are either wrong products or damaged, MADBOY-AUDIO.COM must be contacted (info@madboy-audio.com) immediately by the customer All returns must be approved by  MADBOY-AUDIO.COM, which will direct customer how to return the goods at no cost. 
      • Returning of items can be done only after Reclamation.

      FORCE MAJOR

      • MADBOY-AUDIO.COM is not responsible for delayment of order in the case of force major (war, natural catastrophes, changes of import or export laws, decisions of authorities, political changes, disturbance of public transportations,) or other activity out of control of  MADBOY-AUDIO.COM. 

      SOLVING DISAGREEMENTS

      • Any disagreements will be solved according to Finnish laws by Rovaniemi District Court.
